DC Personnel have an exciting opportunity to join our client\’s Materials Management Department as a Materials Management Co-ordinator. Reporting directly to the Materials Management Team Leader, this is a key role supporting the smooth operation of materials handling, stock control, and inter-site logistics. Location: Leicester Salary: £24,993 per annum Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm (37 hours per week) What You’ll Be Doing: Maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring material movements are tracked and documented. Supporting inventory integrity and warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment. Driving a company vehicle between sites to support inter-site operations. Using computer systems to input and manage data – strong Excel skills required. Working independently and collaboratively with a proactive, flexible attitude. Following written and verbal instructions accurately and clearly. What We’re Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in stock control or warehouse operations. GCSE Maths & English (minimum Grade 4 or equivalent). Good computer literacy – especially Excel. Clear and legible handwriting. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work at heights. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. Full, clean UK driving license. Desirable (not essential): S2 Banksman Certificate S3 Multi-Level Multi-Purpose Vehicle Pedestrian Stacker experience Valid forklift truck license.
