Overview
DC Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Spray Shop Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in hand and machine paint spraying, combined with strong people skills to help lead and support daily spray shop operations.
Pay and Hours
Pay Rate: Up to Β£16.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 7:30 AM β 4:30 PM, Fri: 7:30 AM β 1:30 PM (39.5 per week)
What We\βre Looking For
- Proven experience in spray-finishing, spray paint lines or similar production environments
- Experience in a supervisor or team leader role will be highly beneficial
- Candidates with a joinery background would also be advantageous
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and finishing processes
- Confidence operating spray guns, paint booths and automated spray equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
