DC Personnel are recruiting now for Production Operatives for their established manufacturing client in Rugby. Pay rate £12.21 per hour. Ongoing temporary to permanent contract. Hours 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday, 08:30-16:00 Friday. Total 36.5 hours per week paid. 30 minutes lunch with x2 15 minutes breaks am and pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out dispensing activities such as printing, packing, and dispatching in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Carry out non-dispatch activities such as making boxes, processing returns and replenishing stock.
  • Pick products accurately based on pick list.
  • Pack and label boxes for shipment.
  • Assist with stock control and receive stock in accordance with SOPs.
  • Perform regular stock date checks to ensure products are selected in the correct order.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Will have production or similar quality checking experience.
  • Able to operate semi-automatic machinery or similar; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work on own initiative is crucial; there will be times where you will be running machinery by yourself or in pairs in a small team.
  • Important to follow the company guidelines and health and safety procedures.
