Job Title: Project Manager Location: Leicestershire Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DC Personnel are partnering with a well-established joinery business seeking an experienced Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company delivering high-end projects working with some of the UK’s most renowned architects and contractors. Benefits: • Competitive salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE plus excellent benefits • Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM & Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM • Bi-annual company bonus • Pension scheme • All travel expenses covered • Company laptop and phone provided Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support the project team effectively • Oversee the formal project handover process, ensuring all responsibilities are fully understood • Support the successful delivery of projects • Work with the design and Installation departments to maintain accuracy and quality • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure profitability • Manage external sub-contractors as required • Review and approve all drawings before client submission • Monitor project timelines, ensuring all necessary administration is completed • Represent the company in client meetings when required • Visit sites regularly and engage with production teams • Support sales and estimating teams in securing new business Required Skills & Experience: • A joinery background is essential to be able to understand techinical aspects when working with architects • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality • A proactive and conscientious work ethic • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Natural leadership qualities, capable of motivating a team and enhancing their own skillset • A pragmatic approach to project delivery, always seeking solutions • A mindset for continuous improvement, with the confidence to challenge processes when needed • Approachable, professional, and able to handle queries with discretion To apply get in touch with Daniel on (url removed) or call (phone number removed) or (phone number removed) DC Personnel is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
