Hours: Days 40 hours per week, plus overtime available at premium rate
Pay: £13-£13.50 per hour (DOE). To attain the higher rate a minimum of 2 years powder coating or painting experience is required.
About the Role:
Due to continued expansion, DC Personnel are working alongside their established client and are looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join its team. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment with a mix of large and smaller items, specialising in the powder coating using a heavy-duty tracking system. Additionally, the conveyorised plant handles smaller parts. If you have recent powder coating experience this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-treatment and preparation of parts, sanding, degreasing, etc.
- Powder coating of fabricated products to a high standard.
- Hanging, wrapping, and packing of parts.
- Quality inspections to ensure high standards are met.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in powder coating is preferred.
- Hardworking with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexible with working hours and overtime availability.
