Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester, is currently looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to secure a long-term role with a reputable employer.
Key Responsibilities:
-Preparing metal components for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
-Applying powder coating using spray equipment
-Oven curing and finishing to required standards
-Quality checking finished products
-Following health & safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements:
-Previous powder coating experience is essential
-Strong attention to detail and quality
-Ability to work independently and within a team
-Good timekeeping and a positive work ethic
