DC Personnel are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives in Leicester Initial temporary contract with potential to go permanent for the right candidate Pay rate : £12.86 per hour Hours : 06:00 – 14:00 Monday – Friday Working for a leading manufacturer with fantastic career progression opportunities, with training provided in a new state of the art site with excellent facilities. The role of the position: • Assembling powered and non-powered equipment using a variety of components • Using hand and air tools to build and inspect quality products • Keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized • Ensuring all operations are meet with the companies high-quality standards The ideal candidate will have : • Previous experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively in an assembly or warehouse environment • A strong, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks • Good communication skills to work well with the team and follow instructions clearly • Excellent timekeeping and reliability showing up on time and ready to work every day • Attention to detail to ensure every product meets the required quality standards • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace at all times If you think you are suitable and would like to apply for this role, you can click apply below or send your CV to (url removed) DC Personnel are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy
