DC Personnel are recruiting Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with outstanding tools, equipment, and working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble powered and non-powered equipment using a variety of components
- Use hand and air tools to build, inspect, and finish products to high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
- Ensure all tasks comply with strict company quality and safety requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience using hand and power tools (assembly, production, or warehouse environments preferred)
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
