About the Role
You will support both supply chain administration and production planning activities, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth workflows, and efficient production scheduling. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and looking to develop their career in manufacturing, production, or supply chain operations.
Key Duties
- Raise purchase orders, requisitions, and stock orders
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
- Carry out stock counts and update systems accordingly
- Plan production schedules and support operational workflows
- Resolve system transaction errors
- Coordinate inbound deliveries and manage booking slots
- Support customer orders, including special delivery requests
- Liaise with production, operations, logistics, and internal teams
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
