Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (£13.46 – £15.38 per hour, depending on experience)

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm, depending on personal preference

About the Role

You will support both supply chain administration and production planning activities, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth workflows, and efficient production scheduling. Key Duties

  • Raise purchase orders, requisitions, and stock orders
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Carry out stock counts and update systems accordingly

  • Resolve system transaction errors
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries and manage booking slots
  • Support customer orders, including special delivery requests
  • Liaise with production, operations, logistics, and internal teams
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
