Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm & Friday, early finish

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join their manufacturing team.
The Role:
As a Stainless Steel TIG Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and TIG welding of stainless-steel components and assemblies, working from drawings and specifications to produce a high-quality finished product.
This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced fabricator who takes pride in their workmanship and has a strong eye for accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- TIG welding stainless steel to a high standard
- Fabricating and assembling stainless-steel components and structures
- Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Measuring, marking out, cutting, drilling and preparing materials
- Producing clean, accurate and consistent welds
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets required quality standards
- Using workshop tools and fabrication equipment safely and correctly
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements and deadlines
- Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a stainless‑steel fabrication or engineering environment and be confident with TIG welding.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven TIG welding experience, preferably working with stainless steel
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Good measuring and marking‑out skills
- Ability to produce neat, accurate and consistent welds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of workshop health and safety
- Reliable and positive approach to work
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality
