DC Personnel is hiring for a Production Operative for our well established manufacturing client based in Rugby.
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Full time Monday to Friday
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
Total: 36.5 hours per week paid
You will :
- Seal and label finished products
- Packing items into boxes ready for dispatch
- Ensuring packaging is clean, accurate, and meets quality standards
- Working in a clean, temperature-controlled area
- Following strict hygiene and safety protocols
General Responsibilities :
- Dispensing and dispatching products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Picking stock accurately based on order requirements
- Replenishing stock and checking inventory levels
- Processing returns and assisting with stock control
- Conducting regular date checks to ensure proper stock rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in packing or quality control is preferred
- Comfortable working independently or in small teams
- Able to follow health & safety and company procedures
- Willing to operate semi-automatic machinery (training provided)
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Clean and friendly working environment
- Kitchen facilities including fridge, microwave, toaster
- Lockers provided
