Powder Coater (Temp to Perm) – Location: Leicester – Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour – Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Leicester, is currently looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual to secure a long-term role with a reputable employer.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing metal components for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
- Applying powder coating using spray equipment
- Oven curing and finishing to required standards
- Quality checking finished products
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Previous powder coating experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good timekeeping and a positive work ethic
- £14.00 per hour
- Day shift hours (7:00am – 3:30pm)
- Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
