This role needs relocation to the Cayman Islands. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa’s front desk.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing information about services, availability, and pricing.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for guests, ensuring accurate booking details and avoiding conflicts.
- Maintain and update client records in the spa’s management system.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Provide clients with information about spa services, promotions, and products.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Support the spa team with administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and ensuring staff schedules are up-to-date.
- Ensure all guests are checked in and out in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with spa services and treatments to provide accurate information to clients.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (spa or hospitality experience is a plus).
