We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our prestigious hotel team, offering an unparalleled guest experience in line with our Forbes 5-star standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Training: Supervise and lead the front office team, ensuring that all staff members are well-trained in service excellence and the hotel's policies. Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Anticipate guest preferences and deliver personalized service to ensure memorable stays.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservation management. Ensure that all procedures are followed according to company standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation at the front office. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Forbes 5-star standards and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for resolving guest complaints and operational issues, ensuring that all concerns are handled promptly and satisfactorily to maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office management role, preferably in a Forbes-rated or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front office operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a dedication to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
