Responsibilities

• Providing professional expertise when members need tyre diagnostics and advising on the safest actions.
• Offering Costco\’s product lines and ordering tyres if not in stock.
• Informing members of average delivery times and calling them when the product has arrived.
• Receiving orders and stocking tyres in the shop following proper procedures.
• Keeping accurate records of received items.
• Following security and safety procedures and ensuring the tyre fitting area is closed to members and other employees.
• Ensuring proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous material.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive engineering.
• Willingness to complete Michelin training successfully.
• Service‑oriented approach with a proven track record of going the extra mile.
• Familiarity with working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Tyre installation experience preferred.
