Associate Dentist, ideally 4 or 5 days per week, required for a well-regarded 7 surgery practice located in Llantwit Major, just 15 miles from Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan. Established 50/50 mixed patient list on offer, with NHS, plan and strong Private demand. Excellent earning potential from day 1 in a high earning implants and mixed general practice. Parking onsite. Very close to Llantwit Train station for easy train commute.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, high-performing environment offering exposure to high quality general dentistry whilst also being renowned in the local area as a popular referral practice. The Practice is passionate about supporting clinicians continued professional development, providing a collaborative environment where clinicians can learn from colleagues with specialist interests, to develop their own skills and confidence through providing patients with a wide range of treatments under one roof.
This opportunity would suit a clinician already confident in NHS dentistry with growing confidence/experience in private dentistry. The practice can offer the patient base, leadership, and support, with extensive perio and hygiene support, along with an experienced nursing and admin team.
Llantwit is a gorgeous coastal town at the gateway to the 14 miles of dynamic and stunning coastline that forms the world-famous Glamorgan Heritage Coast. The town's beach is along the route of the Wales Coast Path, and Llantwit is a firm favourite amongst walkers, cyclists, hikers and history and nature lovers.
Key Requirements- Ideally 4 days per week, with option for 5 days.
- Established private, plan and NHS list (4500 UDA equivalent).
- Parking onsite and close to train station (for easy commute from Cardiff).
- Modern surgeries and excellent equipment including CBCT, Itero Scanner etc.
- Dentally, digital workflows and use of AI.
- Strong organisation and clinical support to enable you to maximise your diary and further develop your skills.
