We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join DC Byte and play a key role in managing and growing our client base. You’ll own the commercial relationship with your clients, driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships, while also supporting the full customer journey from onboarding through to ongoing engagement. Working closely with Sales, Research, and Product teams, you’ll ensure clients get maximum value from our platform and insights.

Requirements:- An experienced account manager of B2B information services, ideally within a subscription model
- A strong relationship builder and communicator
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Collaborative to a fault and able to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a curious, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on customer outcomes
- Interested in the data centre industry, and has ideally already worked in a sector like technology, telecoms, or real estate
