The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing our Public Sector customer base. You will build, manage and close your own pipeline of companies that you believe will benefit from the dbt Cloud offering. Your role includes managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts, optimising our impact on these companies.

You will engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimise our impact and reach in the region. Additionally, you will lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process and work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Goal-oriented hunter mindset and proactive, curious Sales team member, identifying new business with prospects and growth opportunities for clients.
  • A level of foresight and knowledge working with intrinsic sales cycles to confidently navigate the future of dbt Labs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organisation (individual developer up to CTO).
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate and community member.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and close a pipeline within public sector accounts.
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
  • 4+ years closing experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding annual targets.
  • The diligence and organisational skills to work long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt.
  • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software.
