What You’ll Do
- Design delightful, accessible learning experiences that empower data practitioners.
- Build impactful learning assets with subject matter experts from professional services, solutions architects, and technical instructors.
- Orchestrate the development of learning experiences leveraging Asana, our project management tool.
- Deliver experiences in the form of on demand courses in our LMS and instructor led training with customers and developers.
- Ensure excellence by closely monitoring course feedback, observing live courses and iterating on learning content over time.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in both curriculum development or instructional design and project management.
- A technical background (such as analytics, math, data science or programming) at a level sufficient to quickly learn new topics in the data and analytics space and independently create course materials and code exercises.
- Experience creating or delivering technical content live in-person and/or virtually.
- Exceptional communication skills and someone who enjoys making complex, technical ideas feel simple and manageable.
- The ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment especially working within and across remote, asynchronous teams.
- The ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.
