As a trainee you will be starting off your career in the events and entertainment industry, learning the skills you will need to become an onsite engineer.
Upon progression from EPS Trainee (circa 9-12 months) this role transfers to the EPSEngineering team, carrying out site-based work delivering Audio, Video, Lighting and Media solutions for our clients.
This role begins in a warehouse-based environment with the dry hire team, where you will receive structured training to build foundational knowledge in audio, video, lighting, electrical and scenic disciplines.
You will also have the opportunity to gain experience across other departments, including repairs and scenic, helping you develop a broad understanding of the wider business.
