Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and livability standards are met.
- Respond to tenant requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with property management to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and completed repairs.
- Keep inventory of supplies and notify management when to reorder.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- 1+ year of experience in Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or property setting
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including email and internet browsers
