Trade Finance Middle Office Administrator 6-month fixed-term contract We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trade Finance Middle Office Administrator to join our London team on a 6-month contract.

You will be responsible for the onboarding and processing of trade finance transactional drawdowns, monitoring customer exposure against approved facilities, and ensuring all transactions remain within agreed credit parameters.

You will play a key role in supporting the bank's trade finance activities while maintaining strong controls and delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Process trade finance transactional drawdowns and related documentation.

Monitor and control customer utilisation against approved credit facilities.

Review transactions to ensure compliance with approved limits and credit parameters.

Escalate exceptions, discrepancies, and approval requests where required.

Monitor upcoming maturities and settlement obligations, ensuring timely action and resolution.

Manage daily workflows, follow-ups, and outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met.

Respond to internal and external enquiries relating to trade finance transactions.

Build effective working relationships with Trade Operations, Relationship Managers, and support functions.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational risk, and enhance productivity.

What We're Looking For A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

Working knowledge of market practice with UCP 600, and respective ISBP, URC522, URR725, ISP98, ICC URDG 758 Demand Guarantee Rules.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
