Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily supporting the credit process for the Institutional Banking Group (IBG) Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Aim to connect the dots between approval of an eMemo (electronic credit memo) through to the facility being activated in the Credit Limit System (CLS), i.e. bringing the process of document preparation and activation form/instruction/executed legal documents into the GLOW platform.
  • Act as a quality controller between Credit/Credit Control Unit (CCU) and the IBG RM community.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documentation and process step completion for the Post Approval Workflow (PAW) further to eMemo approval to enable CCU to activate limits.
  • Provide timely status updates in PAW on the activation activities.
  • Ensure active covenant checking.
