Are you looking for a fresh challenge and tired of working on large repetitive housing sites? My client is a privately owned, award-winning residential developer, undertaking bespoke residential projects throughout Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. As a business, quality and innovative design are at the forefront of their developments with customer satisfaction being their key driver.
They are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their existing management team. As the department head you will take the lead on commercial strategy and delivery for all of their existing projects, managing cost planning, tendering, and procurement processes. You will have responsibility for tracking and controlling budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost reporting, managing a small but experienced internal team in a hands-on role reporting into the Managing Director.
Applicants will ideally be in a Commercial Management or Managing Quantity Surveying role working on new build housing schemes for either a developer or contractor. This is a great opportunity with potential for personal and professional growth, in a thriving business with an excellent reputation in the marketplace who regularly win awards with the NHBC.
