Are you a residential commercial specialist looking for your next challenge? We are working on behalf of a leading residential contractor and partnership specialist, who has been creating mixed-tenure communities, social housing, and large-scale urban regeneration projects across the UK, for over 50 years. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead key commercial processes including management accounts, forecasts, and monthly project reviews utilising your experience in managing sub-contracts from inception through to final accounts. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners building relationships to maximise value, ensuring compliance with commercial standards, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
Applicants should be effective leaders, able to manage, support and develop a team, drive performance and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders while delivering successful projects.
