My client is an award winning privately owned residential developer are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their technical team.

As an Architectural Technician, you will be involved in the preparation and submission of major planning applications taking projects through their full life cycle.

You will assist in the preparation of relevant plans and documents in support of planning submissions and help mage the flow of technical information to site, handling queries when they arise.

You will liaise external consultants such a planners and designers on planning and design related matters as and when required.

Applicants should have previous experience working on new homes projects for either a developer, contract or specialist consultancy, be computer literate with a working understanding of Auto CAD, and possess an HNC in construction or related subject.
