Project Manager Civils

Our client is a leader in offering enabling works packages, providing a range of services from consultancy and site investigation through to remediation, earthworks, and waste treatment.

They work with a diverse range of industry-leading clients, with 80% of their workload retained from this base, fostering excellent long-term relationships by delivering high-quality, cost-effective services. As an investor in people, they recognize the value of their staff and have an extremely low staff turnover.

Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their existing team.

Role Responsibilities

1. Visit and manage several remediation/enabling work sites, overseeing site management teams.
2. Utilize strong communication skills, be commercially aware, and liaise and negotiate effectively with clients.
3. Report to the board and be responsible for training and developing site management teams.
4. Manage project programming, planning, and HSQ on site.

Candidate Requirements

• Likely to come from a civil engineering or construction background, working for a specialist consultancy, contractor, or subcontractor.
• Good understanding of remediation works is advantageous.
• Candidates with project or contract management experience in related fields will also be considered.
