DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work at our client, a household name in the Driving Industry, in Heywood, Manchester. Our client is a leading independent distributor of floor coverings and accessories. They supply everything from screeds and adhesives, carpets, carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tiles, laminate, to underlays, stair nosings and accessories, and beyond. With an underpinning ethos of customers first, they have grown to become an independent market leader in the distribution of floor coverings to the trade. This role is a temporary position.
Duties:
- Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
- Up to 10 drops
- Deliveries of floor coverings and accessories
- Adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations
- Smart appearance, willing to learn and be trained up
- Excellent tacho knowledge regarding sound manual entry and driving hours compliance
