DBK are a long-established Residential Estate and Lettings Agency with offices across West London (Hounslow, Heston and Southall).

Role

  • Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
  • You will be at the forefront of the business – meeting and assisting landlords and tenants with lets and rents.
  • Registering customers, booking and conducting viewings
  • Handling tenant applications
  • Prospecting landlords for new business

Skills and Experience

  • UK driving license and car are essential
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience within a customer service role is desirable
  • Knowledge of local area and located within easy reach of offices is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, professional and presentable
  • Experience in using CRM systems desirable

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday with 1 Saturday off in every 4
  • Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm and Sat: 9.30am to 3pm
