What is the Role?
We are seeking a high‑energy, driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new‑logo growth across our SMB segment within our Communications portfolio (UC, connectivity, mobile, and related services). This is a pure new business hunter role. You will build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and targeted campaigns.
A successful BDM will confidently lead conversations about connectivity, hosted telephony, mobile solutions, and unified communications. You’ll uncover customer challenges, understand their operational needs, and position dbfb’s solutions to improve reliability, flexibility, productivity, and cost‑efficiency.
While this role doesn’t require deep technical skills, you must be able to translate solution benefits into clear business outcomes and work closely with product specialists where needed.
