Role Summary
We're looking for a Change Manager to make sure new operating models, standardised processes and reporting tools are genuinely adopted and embedded, not just designed and documented.
You'll own the human side of change, from user journeys and personas through to communications, training and adoption tracking.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Defining personas and user journeys for key operational roles, ensuring processes, tools and reporting views meet real user needs.
- Developing and delivering the adoption / business change plan for new operating models and reporting systems across sites.
- Designing and running stakeholder communications and engagement to build understanding, buy-in and momentum for new ways of working.
- Developing training, guidance and support materials so staff can operate new processes and tools confidently.
- Defining and tracking adoption metrics, feeding evidence of embedding into reporting and maturity assessments.
- Developing change management and knowledge management processes, documents and procedure notes.
- Supporting pilot delivery teams to drive and evidence adoption, and capturing lessons for wider roll-out.
- Identifying and removing adoption barriers, working with leadership to embed a continuous-improvement culture.
Formal qualifications or training
- Strong business change / adoption management background across process, technology or operating model change (e. g. APMG Change Management, Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).
- Experience defining personas and user journeys and translating these into adoption and design requirements.
- Recognised change management qualification desirable.
- Experience relevant to a regulated, multi-site environment (nuclear, defence, energy, or similar) is desirable but not essential; clear transferable experience will be considered.
