You have the opportunity to join DBD as a Business Support Officer, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting senior leadership. Sitting within Business Services, this role is central to enabling efficient operations, maintaining a professional working environment, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
What you will be doing
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, room bookings, and minute taking.
- Act as a visible point of contact within the office, managing general enquiries, phones, inboxes, and liaison with site management.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, supplies, storage, kitchen services, cleaning, and vendor relationships.
- Manage IT and office assets including phones, printers, equipment, and system access, liaising with external providers as required.
- Support health, safety, and compliance activities, including floor walks, fire marshal duties, and coordination of drills.
- Coordinate logistics such as parking, travel platform administration, room bookings, and support for internal briefings and company events.
Formal qualifications or training
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
