The Project Controls Manager will support the Programme Management Office on behalf of the Programme Partner, ensuring effective integration, oversight, and delivery of key PMO functions. Acting as a deputy to the PMO Lead, the PCM will workacross multidisciplinary teams to maintain baseline management, performance reporting, and project control excellence within a high-security infrastructure programme.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and support the delivery of strategic initiatives and PMO tasks.
- Coordinate cross-discipline and cross-partner integration efforts.
- Lead baseline management and earned value performance monitoring.
- Line manage PMO team members and provide subject matter guidance.
- Deputise for the PMO Lead when required.
- Contribute to resource planning and operational PMO support activities.
Formal qualifications or training:
- Practitioner-level qualifications such as MSP or APMG, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in project controls disciplines including trend/change management, earned value, and scope management.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, complex project environments.
- Experience in large infrastructure programmes; nuclear or high-security sector experience is desirable.
