Role summary
Todeliver efficient and effective HR support to DBD. They will advise on people related issues in line with DBD policy and procedures, compliant with legal requirements.
What you will be doing
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation changes and communicating effectively internally
- Systematically review the employment lifecycle and lead on activity needed to ensure the best employment experience for our people
- Lead on managing the training & development needs of our people
- Provide support, advice and guidance on procedures, precedents, employment legislation, recruitment, disciplinary, grievance and employee relations issues
- Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues in line with best practice
- Lead on performance management systems and practices, continuous improvement and the Openblend platform
- Carry out benchmarking in line with the salary review process and ensure that our salary and benefits package remains competitive and meets the needs of our people.
Formal qualifications or training
- Proven HR generalist experience at both strategic and operational level
- Ideally CIPD qualified to level 7
- Strong and varied knowledge of HR regulations and best practice
