You have the opportunity to join DBD as a Financial Controller, leading the financial management and reporting across our international operations, with a particular focus on the UK and US entities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting continued business growth, and providing strategic insight to senior leadership within a fast-growing, dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management accounts, and performance analysis
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital across UK and US operations
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, strengthening internal controls and financial governance
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial insight, modelling, and strategic decision support

Qualifications

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP (or IFRS with US GAAP exposure)
  • Experience with financial reporting, statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit processes
