As a Transformation Consultant you will help shape and deliver business transformation programmes within our extensive nuclear clientele. You will work closely with client teams on-site and remotely.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading Lean transformation initiatives across manufacturing environments
- Supporting change and improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Collaborating with UK-based client stakeholders to shape delivery
- Applying Green Belt+ Lean skills to identify and drive improvements
- Influencing client direction with strong character and leadership presence
- Managing relationships and ensuring programme success across functions
Formal Qualifications Or Training:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and programme delivery
- Exposure to change management approaches
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, operations, or related field
