Business Analyst - Change Requests in Henley on Thames

The role will be office based and split between two locations in Henley-on-Thames and Chelmsford in Essex. The hired candidate will spend some of the week at the businesses head office in Henley and then the remaining part of the week client side in Chelmsford. This permanent Business Analyst role will require someone with strong skills in documenting change requests / specifications from the customer, via the internal development team and back again. This person will need to have excellent communication skills for handling both technical and non-technical personnel.Key day to day duties for the role will be:Documenting change requests / specificationsAccount managementDealing with development teams to make sure the customers requirements are metSolution creationWorking in JIRAProviding client trainingRunning reportsTesting changesThe business is seeking candidates with the following demonstrable experience:Holds a background working as a Business Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Technical Support or a position involving creating & documenting change requests / specificationsA background working within an IT businessTechnical support knowledge would be advantageousAble to demonstrate previous experience documenting change requests / specificationsMust have strong experience working with JIRAExcellent communication skills, highly presentable and comfortable in a client facing role where requiredAble to communicate effectively with technical & non-technical personnelAbility to commit to a permanent role office based splitting the week between locations of Henley-on-Thames and ChelmsfordThe role is a Monday to Friday position with hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm and the business are ideally seeking to pay a salary of between £40,000 to £55,000 per annum and other aspects to note:x21 days holiday + bank holidaysAfter each year of service, gaining x1 more days holiday up to a maximum of x25 days holidayPension schemeHealthcare schemeIf this role sounds a great fit for you, please apply and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
