An established jewellery & watch retailer in Salisbury, Wiltshire are working with DB Charles Recruitment to hire a new Assistant Store Manager on a permanent basis.
The store and business are able to boast a great history & heritage, combined with exceptional levels of customer service.
The role will report directly into the store manager and be amongst 8 others in the team. For this position, day to day duties will include:
- Aiding the store manager in running the store, team management and many other aspects
- Directing & contributing to personal and team sales targets
- Team management & motivation
- Task delegation
- Stock management
- Providing learning & development to other team members
- Living & breathing the company vision & values
- Ensuring store visual standards are kept to the highest standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- KPI monitoring and implementation
- Reporting
