Job Title: Vocational & Employability Skills Tutor (Business Administration | Customer Service | Adult Care)

Location: Based in Leicester / Lincolnshire (Travel Required – Lincoln & Leicestershire)

Package: £30,000 - £32,500 + Benefits (mileage from home, Friday 4pm finish, Pension, Westfield Health Cover and more)

What you'll be doing

As a Vocational & Employability Skills Tutor, you'll deliver engaging and interactive training across Business Administration, Customer Service and Adult Care, supporting learners to gain recognised qualifications while developing the employability skills needed to progress into sustainable employment or further learning.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Create engaging lesson plans and learning resources.
• Provide one-to-one employability coaching and careers guidance.
• Support learners with CV writing, interview preparation and job searching.
• Develop training that reflects local employer needs and the labour market.
• Manage your own caseload and ensure learner compliance.
• Celebrate learner achievements and help every individual reach their potential.

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
• Experience delivering Business Administration, Customer Service and/or Adult Care qualifications.
• Industry experience and / or a qualification in care is essential.
• Experience teaching groups and supporting individual learners.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of employability programmes and the local labour market.
• The flexibility to travel across Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
• An assessor qualification is desirable but not essential.
