Deine zukünftige Rolle
- Prüfung und Kalkulation von komplexen Projektanfragen und Wünschen der Kunden
- Verantwortung für die interne und externe Planung, Kalkulation und Abwicklung von internationalen Großprojekten mit Fokus auf das United Kingdom
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Subunternehmen und internen Abteilungen
- Ausarbeitung und Präsentation von Sonderangeboten für komplexe Großprojekte (z. B. Data Center)
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Rechnungsprozesses
Was du ins Team einbringst
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung eigenverantwortlicher Projekte idealerweise im Modulbau oder im Bauwesen
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit Systemen wie NAV, Salesforce oder SAP wünschenswert
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60% im Jahr)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
