Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer, is seeking Production Team Operatives for our Kegworth Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes. You will be based in our sachets phase.
Responsibilities
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level – full training provided.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.
Rewards and Benefits
You will be paid an hourly rate of £13.28, in addition to shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £32,026.59. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off – Days and Nights – 12 Hour Shifts – 6-6.
