Join Refresco on a Fixed-Term contract to support the FIT Improvement project where you’ll play a key role in shaping operational excellence. You’ll create and refine essential documentation that supports consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site. We’re looking for someone with strong Microsoft skills, experience producing high-quality operational documents, and a background in a factory environment. Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating, writing, and modifying all site-required documentation for operational use, including (but not limited to) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), team briefs, equipment setting sheets, product specifications, checklists, flow charts, line balances, labour/people maps, visual aids such as quality points, HACCP and hazard notices, as well as any other necessary documentation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support and develop the creation and training of relevant Operational documentation, in its various forms.
  • Ensure understanding of the documentation required.
  • Monitor and audit adherence to the instructions given for creating documentation.
  • Actively communicate with the site FIT Leads / CI Manager the progress of the documentation creation against the plan.
  • Proactively support the Site HS&E and Quality Agenda, through assisting in creating relevant documentation.
  • Manage site performance systems (OEE Toolkit and QlikView) and provide regular support with reporting and analysis.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in creating and supporting the implementation of business documentation, strong proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word, and previous experience working in a factory environment. They will possess solid knowledge of producing high-quality documentation, including the integration of photographs, worksheets, graphs, and spreadsheets, and demonstrate advanced IT skills across the Microsoft suite. Personally, they will have a strong appreciation for efficient manufacturing practices, including standard work and procedures, and display stamina, energy, and enthusiasm in a consistent and controlled manner.
