DBVAC is looking for a reliable and organised Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our team at our Maple Cross office.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering a varied mix of accounts and administration responsibilities within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
β Sales Ledger
β Purchase Ledger
β Credit Control
β Raising and processing invoices
β Bank reconciliations
β Customer and supplier account queries
β General office administration
β Telephone and email enquiries
β Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
We're looking for someone who:
β’ Has previous accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration experience
β’ Is organised, accurate and detail-oriented
β’ Has strong communication skills
β’ Is confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software
β’ Can work independently and manage their own workload
π Maple Cross (Fully Office Based)
