Are you an organised, proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We\’re looking for a Sample Packing & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Abingdon. This is a varied role combining hands-on sample preparation, customer service, and admin support for our engine testing operations.
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 โ 15:00
Job Type: Part-Time, On-Site
What Will You Be Doing?
- Pack samples securely for shipment (box and pallet)
- Prepare paperwork and shipping documentation, including airway bills
- Use manual handling equipment safely
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
- Gather and input information through internal systems
- Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when needed
- Suggest and support improvements to efficiency and safety
- Provide general admin support to the team
About You
We\’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and service skills
- Comfortable working hands-on with packaging and manual handling tools
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Able to handle a busy, varied workload
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in airfreight/logistics is desirable, though full training will be provided
