The project is valued at approximately £30 million and involves significant earthworks and civils, including an estimated 2 million cubic metres of earthworks. This is a substantial project offering an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial management and delivery of a major infrastructure scheme. While the project is due to commence in January 2027, our client is keen to identify and appoint the right individual as soon as possible, allowing them to become fully embedded within the project team and support pre-construction and mobilisation activities.
