We’re a well established construction and maintenance company based in Dartford, with a busy workload and a close-knit team. We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join us and support the day-to-day running of our accounts and office. This is a key role within the business, and you’ll be working closely with our directors, site teams, and external accountants. If you’re organised, comfortable with numbers, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices
  • Managing supplier accounts and dealing with queries
  • Assisting with monthly accounts and reconciliations
  • Supporting applications, valuations, and cost tracking
  • Handling timesheets, expenses, and payroll support where needed
  • Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
  • Working alongside colleagues across the business to keep things running smoothly
  • Helping with general office and accounts administration
