We’re recruiting a Roofing Estimator to join our team, replacing an outgoing team member and continuing the high standards within our roofing division.
Location: Coulsdon or Toddington
This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency and commercial accuracy our clients expect and we want someone who genuinely wants to make a positive impact from day one.

- Strong technical roofing background (flat, pitched, industrial, commercial)
- Commercially sharp with solid BOQ and tendering experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing accurate roofing tenders from enquiry through to submission
- Working closely with our Projects, Commercial & Preconstruction teams
- Engaging with trusted suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting continuous improvement across our roofing operations
