We are currently looking for a VIBES MANAGER to join the team and set the tone, the tempo, and the soul of the hotel.
As Vibes Manager, you\'ll be the heartbeat of the hotel — crafting the sights, sounds, and energy that define the Hard Rock experience. From lobby beats to poolside moods, you\'ll be the curator of cool, ensuring every space feels electric, immersive, and unmistakably Hard Rock.
Job Role:
- Curate and manage the hotel’s ambient music content across all guest areas, including restaurant, bar, lobby, spa, pool, and public spaces
- Oversee the implementation and calibration of music delivery systems and audio hardware (sound zones, volume, equalization)
- Lead the operational programming of lighting schemes in coordination with Engineering and Housekeeping to match time-of-day and activity cycles
- Coordinate and deliver live entertainment activations (e.g. DJs, acoustic sets, pop-ups) in collaboration with F&B and Events departments
- Monitor guest sentiment and real-time energy metrics to dynamically adjust ambiance in line with service objectives
- Serve as the property’s brand culture ambassador, delivering onboarding training and ongoing support for all departments on brand tone, vibe, and storytelling
- Ensure full compliance with Hard Rock International’s brand standards and licensing regulations related to music and entertainment
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within hotels, luxury entertainment venues, or hospitality-driven events
- Knowledge of sound systems (zoning, playlists, A/V hardware), lighting control panels, and ambient technology is a must
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- High-level understanding of guest psychology and sensory experience design
- Passion for music and cultural trends, with the ability to tailor content to a diverse international audience
- Excellent communication, training, and public speaking skills
