Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for events and hospitality? Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for a Conference & Meeting Sales Manager to lead our group and events sales efforts—delivering unforgettable experiences in true Hard Rock style. Your Role: As the Conference & Meeting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales, building strong client relationships, and coordinating seamless event execution in collaboration with our operations team. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for conferences, meetings, and group events through proactive outreach and account management. Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and convert leads into confirmed business. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth planning and execution. Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and repeat business. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections. Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM records. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in conference, meetings, or group sales within the hospitality industry. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong client relationship and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar).
