db Group, Maltaβs leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector. The group is distinguished and well-established in the hospitality sector with its own branded db Seabank Resort and db San Antonio Hotel. We are currently looking for a Site Clerk to join our projects team and be part of our latest expansion and upcoming project in St. George's Bay, Malta. An exceptionally designed and built destination that includes a 5* Hard Rock Hotel, luxury homes, renowned restaurants and an upscale shopping mall that is set to add tremendous value to the local area.
Overview: This Scope of Work outlines the responsibilities and expectations for the Site Clerk for db Project. The Site Clerk will oversee the daily operations on the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and adheres to all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Manage construction resources and equipment, ensuring their optimal use and maintenance. Monitor project progress, identify any delays or variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical input and engineering solutions to resolve design and construction challenges. Ensure all construction practices are in compliance with engineering principles, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of work performed by subcontractors and ensure it meets project standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and material logs. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management, highlighting achievements and issues.
